Travel concierge service is a customized service creating tailor-made travel. You tell us where you want to go, what you want to do, and we do the rest. All you have to do is pack and have fun.
We’ll help you choose the perfect restaurant, the perfect active day, the perfect museum stop, or the perfect spot to relax. Travel concierge service is available for first class and luxury travel only.

We personalize any trip, add any detail, or customize a trip to your choice destination. We personalize hotel choices based on your style, book the perfect guide, recommend restaurants, and organize every stop along the way. We also offer you the option of taking any of our existing trips and personalizing them to your departure date.
We can also modify itineraries or create ones from scratch based on your interests. Many of our clients prefer to use our sample itineraries and book-end them with stays in the larger cities. Besides our large sample of itineraries seen on our web site, we have access to all boats in the Galapagos Islands, all destinations in Italy, private trips in South America, Vietnam, Cambodia; and custom itineraries for Israel.
Our concierge service helps you organized personalized trips for family reunions, alumni get-togethers, birthday and anniversary celebrations. Our concierge service allows you to arrange travel according to your personal interests and needs.
Remember, we can book any class of hotel, add more walks, organize memorable meals, add a bike rental, relaxing moments, or other activities. Our flights and insurance programs are arranged through our affiliates at Garth Allen Marksted Travel.

We require a minimum of two people to plan individual itineraries. No group is too large.

Call or email us for more information. We require a non refundable development fee for consulting services of CAD$100 which will then be credited to your trip. All of our trips are booked through Garth Allen Marksted Travel, Quebec Licensee. License number 701865
If you choose one of our existing tours, prices remain the same for groups of 4 or more people. For trips that have personalized itineraries, the price of travel is based on your itinerary, hotel choices, and the number of people in your group. Once you have approved the itinerary, deposits will be required for each participant in order to guarantee hotels, reserve restaurants, book events, and hire local guides. If your group size changes after booking and prior to departure, the per person price may be modified accordingly. Our Cancellation Policy and Terms and Conditions apply.
